Educational Qualification: Business Development Executive: Degree with MBA from recognized University /Institute. However, preference will be given to candidates who have taken MBA from reputed institution. Manager (Coordination): First class Degree with First Class MBA from reputed institution IT Consultant: B. Tech Computer Science/IT +
Experience: Business Development Executive: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Marketing, Sales promotion, business development activities, coordination with social media/other agencies for promotion of business etc Manager: Candidates should have 5 to 8 years’ experience in infrastructure sector of which at least 3 years’ experience should be in project coordination, coordinating with Government agencies consultants, entrepreneurs for project planning development and project implementation. IT Consultant: : At least 10+ years post qualification experience in IT. Out of overall experience the candidate should have at least 5 years of IT Experience in Banking/ NBFC Sector in top managerial role; Exposure to all sub-domains of IT and hands on experience of handling large scale IT projects.
