Educational Qualification: Candidate should be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India; Desirable: LLB
Experience: Post qualification experience of 15 years. The experience shall be preferably in a reputed Public Sector Undertaking, Public Financial Corporation, or NBFC. Candidate should be familiar with legal and corporate secretarial matters, filing various returns with the Ministry as per the provisions of the Companies Act/Rules and other applicable Laws, Conducting Board/Committee/General meetings, Coordination with Government agencies on various aspects of corporate laws including representing the Corporation before various authorities including compliance of NBFC guidelines in an RBI regulated environment.

Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Company Secretary in KSIDC.

Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (KSIDC) is a government-owned industrial and investment promotion agency based in the Indian state of Kerala. It was established in 1961 with the objective of promoting, developing, and financing medium and large-scale industries in the state.
KSIDC provides various services to industrial entrepreneurs, such as providing financial assistance, identifying suitable land for setting up industries, providing technical consultancy services, and assisting in obtaining various statutory clearances required for setting up industries.
KSIDC also plays a key role in the development of industrial infrastructure in the state. It has set up various industrial parks, estates, and special economic zones (SEZs) in different parts of Kerala.
