Educational Qualification: B.Sc

Kerala Tourism Development Corporation invites application from eligible candidates for the post of Manager Gr.IV and Assistant Cook.

1. Post Name: Manager Grade IV

3. Scale of pay : Rs. 35700 – 75600

4. Qualification : Plus two or its equivalent B.Sc. Degree in Hotel Management and Catering technology (DHMCT) awarded by the institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology or equivalent qualification obtained from recognized Universities or institution recognized by State/ Central Governments (Equivalency certificate should be produced along with the application ).

5. Experience : 4 years experience in 5 Star Hotel in operational areas

Pay Scale: INR 35700 - 75600(Per Month)

Age Limit:As Per Rules Age

Selection Procedure

After conducting the scrutiny, the eligible candidates will have to attend a written test for Manager Gr. IV followed by an interview and written test ,trade test followed by interview for Assistant Cooks, which will be intimated to them by e-mail and telephone call. Hence please intimate the mobile number and e-mail ID in the application form.

Candidates satisfying the above requirement may send application in plain paper with biodata and a recent passport size photograph along with self attested copies of the certificates to prove age, qualification and experience, superscribing the post applied for, by ordinary post to the following address within 15 days from the date of advertisement.
