Educational Qualification: Nursing background with more than five years of clinical MNCH experience at a primary, secondary, or tertiary-care level health facility. (Preferable is B. Sc Nursing or General Nursing midwifery GNM). Proficiency in the local language. Good communication, leadership, and training skills. Have an empathic attitude and team facilitation skills. Locally based / women candidates will be given preference.

Karnataka Health Promotion Trust (KHPT) is a non-profit organization based in Bangalore, India. It was founded in 2003 with the aim of promoting the health and well-being of people in Karnataka, particularly those who are vulnerable and marginalized.
KHPT works in partnership with the government, civil society organizations, and communities to implement evidence-based health interventions and programs.
