Educational Qualification: The applicant should be an engineering graduate preferably in Mining/ Mechanical Engineering with good academic record from a recognised University/ Institution. Applicants with MBA/ PGDM qualifications will have added advantage.

Experience: The applicant should have at least 5 years of cumulative experience and exposure in product development/ production/ project planning in the Iron and Steel sector during the last 10 years in an organization of repute.
