Kirori Mal College Invites Application for Consultant Recruitment 2022

Sub: Engagement of Consultant for Development Projects at KMC Campus.

1. Post Name: Consultant (Civil)- One Post

2. Qualification: BE/ B Tech in Civil Engineering

3. Experience: 

a. Not less than 10 years of experience of Civil Engineering, buildings. The experience should be in planning, tendering and execution of contract management of Civil and allied works which include civil maintenance preferably in institutional ICollege also. Experience of handling Central Government Civil Construction Projects would be preferred

b. Retired Civil Engineers from Central Govt./ Central Government Autonomous body/ Central PSUs are eligible

4. Duties:

To examine review tender documents for Civil and allied works and submit advice. To examine all technical issues related to and arising during implementation of Civil and allied works in Kirori Mal College, Delhi, to render support services of all works. To certify the Bills of Contractors from quality and quantity point of view. To carry out all works assigned by the Principal or his/her authorized representative.

5. Remunerations: Rs.2500/- per visit Minimum visits - 12 per month (to be increased as per need) Maximum payment: Rs.30,000/- per month

6. Period of Consultancy: Initially for One year and further extendable for another year on the basis of performance report.
