Educational Qualification: D.Pharm
Kolkata City NUHM Society will engage the following personnel as mentioned below for its Urban Primary Health Centres in Kolkata City area purely on contractual basis.
1. Position: Pharmacist
2. No of Vacancies: 18
3. Essential Qualification:
a. The candidate should have minimum qualification two years Diploma in Pharmacy (D- Pharma)(Allopathic) recognized by the Government of West Bengal pharmacy Council and registered as "A" category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council.
b. Weightage will be given for higher Qualification The candidates must have proficiency in Bengali and must have efficiency in computers in- cluding MS Office and Internet
4. Remuneration : 22,000/-(twenty two thousand only) per month.
5. Panel for engagement:
On the basis of marks obtained on basic qualification and computer test a panel will be prepared for engagement as per rule. Selected candidate will be taken from the panel and if vacancy arises following resignation of Pharmacist the panel be utilised for filling up the vacancy of the post.

Pay Scale: INR 22000(Per Month)

Selection Procedure
a. Selection will be done on merit, practical examination. Application will be first shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in final qualification (highest basic qualification)as D.Pharma/B.Pharma/M.Pharma
b. Shortlisted candidates will be called in 1:10 ration that is for one declared post, 10 candidates will be called for practical test
c. In Computer Test, which will count as practical test candidates have to obtain atleast 50% marks to qualify for the post.
d. Scale of scoring - Total 100 marks
How to Apply:
1. The eligible candidates are requested to submit their application in a sealed envelope addressed to "Chief Municipal Health Officer/Secretary, Kolkata City NUHM Society " CMO Bldg, 5, S.N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata - 700013
2. The sealed envelope should be submitted in the drop box in front of room no 254, 2nd floor of CMO Bldg.
3. The date and time of submission of application :- (excluding holidays): from 08.04.2022 to 16.04.2022. time 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), Saturday: 11:00 am - 2:00pm.
4. No application will received by post/courier.
5. No application will received in drop box after 16.04.2022.
