Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Executive Director

• Essential Qualification: First Class Master’s Degree in Engineering/Science with Ph.D. Specialization in Water Resources/Engineering/Hydraulic Engineering/Hydrology or related fields from reputed institutions.
• Experience: 15 years of experience in a research/academic/R&D institution, of which 10 years must be at a senior level. Specifically, 5 years should be in the grade of Senior Principal Scientist (L13A) or holding the grade of Chief Scientist (L14) currently. Equivalent positions in academic institutions/industry are also considered. Experience must be related to River and Hydraulic Engineering, Water Resources planning, development, and management, along with R&D administration.
• Age Limit: Below 55 years as on the date of notification.
