For Professor:

A. An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality. Must have:

• Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
• Total research score of 120 as per Appendix II, Table 2.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in university/college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, and/or research experience at equivalent level with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates.

B. An outstanding professional with a Ph.D. degree, who has made significant contributions to the knowledge in the relevant discipline, supported by documentary evidence, with ten years of experience.

For Associate Professor:

• Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines.
• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
• Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience equivalent to Assistant Professor.
• Minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 75 as per Appendix II, Table 2.

General Terms & Conditions:
