• Educational Qualification: Candidate must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government.
• Service Experience: Applicant must be a currently serving employee under the offices of District & Sessions Judges / Additional District & Sessions Judges / Family Court / MACT or any equivalent institution of the Assam District Judiciary, with not less than 6 years of service in the cadre of U.D Assistant or S.A. Assistant.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting: Provisionally shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/viva-voce. No separate call letter will be issued to any candidate.
2. Interview/Viva-Voce: The final selection will be based solely on the marks obtained in the interview/viva-voce conducted by the Selection Board.
3. Original Testimonials: Selected candidates must produce all original documents at the time of interview. Failure to do so will lead to immediate rejection of candidature.
