Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Assistant Professor

• Essential Qualification: The eligibility criteria are the same as prescribed for regular Assistant Professors in UGC Regulations as adopted by the University of Delhi.
• API Score: Candidates must have a minimum API Score of 55 marks and above (relaxation of 5 marks for SC/PwBD candidates).
• Shortlisting: Based on a 100-point scale covering academic record, M.Phil./Ph.D., NET/JRF, research publications, teaching experience, and awards.
• Experience: Experience rendered on Temporary/Adhoc/Contractual/Postdoctoral basis is counted only if the salary was not less than the minimum basic pay prescribed by UGC plus applicable DA. Guest faculty experience is not considered.

Candidates must appear for the walk-in-interview at the Office of the Principal, Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Candidates must report 30 minutes before the scheduled time. They must bring a Resume, self-attested copies of certificates, and a recent photograph.
