1. Post Name: Community Mobilizers – Development Assistant

2. Job Description:

a. The incumbent needs to travel areas in Kerala and assist the Cluster Coordinator in all the field level responsibilities in implementing a Holistic Rural Development Programme in Ernakulam District. Other responsibilities include, providing inputs for stakeholder selection, data collection – as required by the programme, stakeholder follow-up for activities, distribution of support materials to stakeholders;

b. baseline and endline data collection, data support to Cluster Coordinators, trainings assistance, photo and video documentation. It is essential the incumbent will understand, read and write Malayalam as he/she has to work with the local people.

3. Academic Qualifications:

Any Graduation and a minimum of 5 years of experience in mobilizing communities for development programmes. Exceptional candidates with good grassroot level experience will be also preferred irrespective the qualifications.

4. Desirable qualification: 5 years field experience in development activities for graduates/10 years grassroot level work experience for non-graduates.

5. Remuneration: Rs. 20,000 consolidated
