Requirement for the post of Engineer in Chief in MPRDC on Contract Basis for Building Project
i. To meet the manpower requirement of building project, MPRDC intends to fill the post on Contract basis for a period of onc year which can be further extended with mutual consent as per requirements of the MPRDC. The applications are invited from eligible candidates. The post wise and category wise vacancies to be filled are as under:

Selection Procedure
a) The online applications received from all the candidates shall be screened.
b) The criteria regarding weightage for minimum qualification, additional qualification, experience in similar organization shall be as follows:-
i. The candidates shall be short listed maximum of 03 times the number of advertised post for interview. short listing will be done according to the experience as well as higher qualification
ii. Short listed candidates shall have to appear for interview.
iii. The list of short listed candidates along with the date of interview shall be displayed on the MPRDC's website www.mprdc.gov.jn and will also be communicated through email, SMS, on the address/mobile number provided by the candidate.
iii. Final selection shall be made on the basis of the marks obtained in (A) qualification (B) experience (C) interview. Based on the above said criteria, the candidate shall be selected for engagement on contract to the designated posts.
iv. The result or the list of selected candidates will be displayed on the MPRDC's website only. The finally selected candidates will also be informed through email/SMS with the time period in which the candidate will have to appear at the HQs of MPRDC for the contract agreement.
How to Apply:
1. Application in the required format along with copies of certificates in support of age, qualification, experience, caste certificate, MP domicile certificate(if any) should be submitted in the office of Chief General Manager (Admn.), MPRDC, 45-A, Arera Hills, Bhopal from 13/01/2022 to 24/01/2022 upto to 6.00 pm.
2. Documents Required:
i. Higher Secondary or High School Examination certificate in support of date of birth.
ii. Certificate of Degree/Post Graduation Degree OR Mark sheet, from a recognized university.
iii. Work experience certificate.
iv. Candidates serving in Government/semi government/public sector should submit N.O.C. from the employer at the time of the interview, failing which the candidate will not be permitted to appear for interview.
v. Photo identity card (Passport / Driving license / Voter ID / Bank pass book) will be required for identity.
vi. Proof of permanent address Widow/Divorcee women candidate should submit an affidavit/a certificate.

Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd. (MPRDC) was incorporated as a wholly government owned company under The Companies Act 1956 (CIN-U45203MP2004SGO16758);as amended by The Companies (Amendment) Act 2002 and The Companies (Second Amendment) Act 2002, by the Government vides order No. F-1-24-I-2004/Gen./19 with an authorized share capital of Rs. 20 Crore, paid up share capital of Rs. 10 Crore.
The Company has received a Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate of Commencement of Business from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh on July 14 and August 11, 2004 respectively. Presently paid up share capital of Company is Rs. 20 Crore.
The MPRDC has been declared as the successor / assignee of the Madhya Pradesh Rajya Setu Nirman Nigam Limited (MPRSNN) and is entrusted with responsibility for implementation of all State Highway, National Highway and Major District road projects.A large percentage of projects operate under the BOT Roads "public - private partnership" scheme while others being developed under the EPC,regular contract scheme. Several projects, funded by External Funding Agencies like ADB & NDB, are managed by MPRDC.
