Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E
To meet the manpower requirement of the building project, MPRDC intends to fill the post on Contract basis for a period of one year which can be further extended with mutual consent as per requirements of the MPRDC. The applications are invited from eligible candidates. The post wise and category wise vacancies to be filled are as under:
1. Post Name:ย General Manager (Contract)

3. Salary:ย Rs. 90,000/- + CPl or (Last Pay-Pension)
4.ย Remarks/ Qualification/ Experience:ย Working on the post of Superintendent Engineer (Civil) or equivalent in Govt./Semi Govt./PSUs/Ltd. Company. Minimum 18 years' experience, especially in the field of Building/Road projects.
5.ย Tenure Of Contract: Contract appointment shall be made for a period of one year which can be further extended with mutual consent as per requirements of the MPRDC period of one year.
Pay Scale: INR 90000(Per Month)

Selection Procedure
1. Tentative date of publishing list of shortlisted candidates 02/02/2022
2.ย The online applications received from all the candidates shall be screened.
3. The criteria regarding weightage for minimum qualification, additional qualification. experience in a similar organization shall be as follows:-
4.ย The candidates shall be short-listed maximum of 03 times the number of advertised post for interview. shortlisting will be done according to the experience as well as higher qualification.
5.ย Short listed candidates shall have to appear for an interview.
6.ย The list of short listed candidates along with the date of interview shall be displayed on the MPRDC's website www.mprdc.gov.in and will also be communicated through email, SMS, on the address/mobile number provided by the candidate.
7. Final selection shall be made on the basis of the marks obtained in (A) qualification (B) experience (C) interview. Based on the above-said criteria, the candidate shall be selected for engagement on contract to the designated posts.
8. The result or the list of selected candidates will be displayed on the MPRDC's website only. The finally selected candidates will also be informed through email/SMS with the time period in which the candidate will have to appear at the HQs of MPRDC for the contract agreement.
