Educational Qualification: Possess a Master’s degree in Geology or Applied Geology OR hold a diploma in Applied Geology of the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad or any qualification recognized by Government to be equivalent thereto; Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Geology, (2) Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Geology, (3) Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Pure Geology, (4) Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Earth Science, (5) M.Sc. Tech. in Applied Geology (3 years course), (6) M.Tech. in Applied Geology (3 years course).
Experience: (a) Carrying out Systematic Hydrogeological Surveys in igneous Sedimentary and Metamorphic Terrains; (b) Groundwater Exploration and Assessment by Drilling and Testing; AND (c) Processing and interpretation of field data and in preparing and editing technical reports.
