Educational Qualification: (1) Possess a Master’s Degree in Geology or Applied Geology OR (2) Holds a diploma in Geology or Applied Geology of the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad or any other qualifications declared by Government to be equivalent thereto. (3) (1) Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Geology, (2) Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Geology, (3) Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Pure Geology, (4) Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Earth Science, (5) M.Sc. Tech. in Applied Geology (3 years course), (6) M.Tech. in applied Geology (3 years course).
