Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for State Service Posts (Group-A & Group-B)
- Essential Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
- Desirable Qualifications: Post-graduate degrees, diplomas in relevant fields, and experience in administration or related sectors will be given preference during final selection.
Eligibility for Maharashtra Police Service
- Essential Qualification: Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
- Desirable Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Law, Science subjects, or specialized qualifications relevant to police administration.
General Eligibility Requirements
- Essential: All educational qualifications must be obtained from institutions recognized by appropriate statutory bodies and must be valid as on the closing date of application (20/01/2026).
- Computer Knowledge: Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office applications is desirable for all posts.
- Language Requirements: Knowledge of Marathi language is mandatory. Candidates must be able to read, write and speak Marathi fluently.
