Educational Qualification:
1. (a) Shall be a Graduate Engineer in mining with a minimum of 15 (Fifteen) years of experience out of which a Minimum of 5 (Five) years should be at the level of Dy. Chief Engineer/General Manager or equivalent in a Mining Company or Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) and having full exposure to the development and operation of mines; OR
1. (b) He should have a minimum of 15 (Fifteen) years of experience in All India Service with the Government of Maharashtra.

The vision & mission of Company is to arrange supply of Electricity in an efficient & economical manner, with particular reference to the areas, they collect data on the demand for use of electricity & to formulate planning in coordination with the Generating Company for better operation in the State for generation, transmission and distribution of electricity.
The Company is responsible for Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electricity. The Company accelerated power development by planning and implementing new power project to provide uninterrupted power supply to Agriculture, Industries, Commercial Sector and Domestic Sector.
