Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification & Experience

Note: Degrees must be from a University/Institute recognized by the Government of India. Experience is calculated only after acquiring the essential qualification.

• Senior Manager (F&A): CA/ICWA (CMA) Final Passed + 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts/Audit.
• Manager (F&A): CA/ICWA (CMA) Final Passed + 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience. (For MSEDCL employees: B.Com + MBA(Finance) or M.Com is acceptable).
• Deputy Manager (F&A): CA/ICWA(CMA)/M.Com OR B.Com + MBA(Finance) + 1 year of post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts/Audit.

2. Age Limit & Relaxation

Cut-off Date: Age is calculated as of 27/06/2026.

• Senior Manager & Manager: Max 40 Years.
• Deputy Manager: Max 35 Years.

Age Relaxation:

• Backward Class: 5 years relaxation (applicable for reserved posts).
• Departmental Candidates: Up to 57 years.
• PwD: Up to 45 years.
• Sportspersons/Orphan: Up to 5 years (Max 43 years for Sports).

Selection Process & Exam Structure

The selection will be based on the performance in the Online Examination and Personal Interview. Shortlisting for the interview will be in a ratio of 1:3.
