Number of Vacancy: 34 Posts

Educational Qualification:
i) a Bachelor Degree in Ayurveda from a university or its equivalent as recognized by the Central Council of Indian Medicine or National Commission for Indian System of Medicine under the Act;

ii) a Post - graduate qualification in Ayurveda in the concerned subject or specialty from a university recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine or National Commission for Indian System of Medicine under the Act;

iii) a valid registration with the concerned State Board or Council where he is employed or a valid Central or National Registration Certificate issued by Central Council of Indian Medicine or National Commission for Indian System of Medicine; (“ This is not applicable for teachers of non- medical qualifications”.)

iv) Qualification for teacher of Sanskrit shall be a post-graduate degree in Sanskrit recognised by the University Grants Commission and a candidate with Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery qualification at under graduate level and M.A.(Regular) in Sanskrit shall be given priority.

v) The teachers having Bachelor Degree in Ayurveda medicine and having post-graduation in relevant modern science disciplines as referred to clause (h) of section 2 of Act, and as mentioned in section 10 of these regulations and having University Grants Commission / Council of Scientific and Industrial Research / Indian Council of Medical Research National Eligibility Test Qualification shall be eligible to appoint without qualifying the National Teachers Eligibility Test.
