Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Essential: Master’s Degree in Commerce with a minimum 55% Marks, along with UGC/CSIR - NET or PhD.
• Minimum 3 years of Teaching Experience is mandatory.
• Desirable: MBA or any other Master's degree.
• Prior experience in Human Resource Management.
• Prior experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge in Online Courses/Programmes.

Age Limit

• The maximum age limit is **below 35 years** as on **01 December 2024**.
• Age Relaxation: Relaxation will be given to exceptionally brilliant candidates.

Required Skills

• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills, grammatical accuracy, and the ability to adapt language to different professional contexts.
