Educational Qualification: M.Sc

Applications are invited for the post of Senior Research Fellow on contractual basis for a period of 03 months, extcndable depending upon the progress and requirement of the project or till the completion/ termination of the project, whichever is earlier under ICMR-Project entitled

i. "Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) trends and serotype characterization of Streptococcus pneumoniae causing pneumonia and Invasive Pneumococcal Disease (IPD) in Indian children" at the Department of Microbiology,MAMC, New Delhi.

1. Name of the Post: Senior Research Fellow

2. Essential Qualifications: Master Degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology or Life Science and two years of research experience

3. No of Post: 01

4. Desirable: Preference will be given to candidate which are NET qualified With demonstrable experience in Microbiology [Molecular biology techniques i.e. Bacterial culture, Identification, Multiplex PCR and Real-time PCR etc.

5. Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 35,000/- + HRA per month
