- Qualification: Regular/Full-Time Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent)
HR Discipline
- PG Degree / PG Diploma (2 years) / MBA / MSW / MA with specialization in HRM, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Management, Organizational Development, HRD, or Labour Welfare
- Full-time or distance mode from recognized universities accepted
Legal Discipline
- Degree in Law – BL / LLB or 5-year integrated course from a recognized university
Minimum Marks Requirement
- UR / EWS / OBC (NCL): Minimum 60% aggregate marks
- SC / ST / PwD: Minimum 50% aggregate marks
Post-Qualification Experience by Grade
- E-1 (Assistant Manager): Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- E-2 (Deputy Manager): Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- E-3 (Manager): Minimum 9 years relevant experience
- E-4 (Senior Manager): Minimum 13 years relevant experience

Experience Clause: Experience must be as a regular employee in CPSEs or large Private Sector organizations with an annual turnover exceeding Rs. 2,000 crores in any of the last 3 financial years.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Application Scrutiny: Applications are screened against prescribed eligibility criteria including qualification, marks, and post-qualification experience.
- Shortlisting: Candidates meeting all criteria are shortlisted for interview based on relevance and depth of experience.
