Metrolink Express for Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad (MEGA) Company Ltd, It was launched on 4th February 2010, under the supervision of (Government of India & Government of Gujarat), with the motto “To provide safe, fast and eco friendly rail based mass transit service to the public at affordable rates”.

MEGA have aim to deliver “World class state of art technology most cost efficient metro with shortest time span possible in the Country”. The metro rail project will promote integration with AMTS, BRTS, Railways and other modes of Public Transport System.
