Age Relaxation: The upper age limit will not apply to existing GMRCL employees. However, age relaxation does not apply to officials re-employed in GMRCL after superannuation. All age and experience limits are reckoned as on 1 October 2026.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process for GMRC O&M Recruitment 2026 will consist of the following stages:
- Personal Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and called for a personal interview.
- Document Verification: Conducted prior to the interview. Candidates must carry all original certificates and documents to the interview venue. Incomplete or fraudulent documentation will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates must clear the medical fitness test as per the category prescribed for the post. For Sr. Section Engineer and Section Engineer posts, the applicable standard is Medical Category A-3.
