- Experience for General Manager Level:
- For IDA/PSU applicants: 17 years executive experience (10 years relevant), working in IDA scale equivalent to ₹120,000-280,000 or at least 2 years in ₹100,000-260,000 scale.
- For CDA scale applicants: 17 years post-qualification executive experience (10 years relevant), at Pay Matrix Level 14 or equivalent, or 2 years at Level 13/13A.
- For private industry: 20 years executive experience (10 years relevant), min CTC of ₹2,25,000 per month.
