Educational Qualification:
1. The Applicant should be an Indian national.
2. Applicant should be a retired govt. servant at the level of Section Officer (preferably MEA).
3. The applicant should not be more than 64 years of age as on last date of submission of the application.
4. Applicant must be a graduate in any discipline.
5. Officer should have experience in finance, bill/invoice settlement, and be well conversant with Government of India’s Financial Rules such as General Financial Rules (GFR), Delegation of Financial Power Rules (DFPR) and Government Accounting Rules (GAR).
6. Applicant should be in good health condition.
