Educational Qualification:
Deputy General Manager (Civil): BE / B.Tech in Civil and minimum total 15 years' experience in the field of Building construction.
Deputy General Manager (Architect): B. Arch. in Architecture and minimum total 15 years' experience in the field of Building design.
Assistant General Manager (Design): BE / B.Tech in Design, Minimum 08 years’ experience of Building Structure designing or M.E. Structure.
Assistant General Manager (Architect): B. Arch. in Architecture and minimum total 08 years' experience in the field of Building design.
Pay Scale:
INR
15600-39100/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 63 Years.

Madhya Pradesh Building Development Corporation (M.P.B.D.C.) has been constituted by the Government of Madhya Pradesh on February 21, 2022, under the administrative control of the Public Works Department. The main objective of the corporation is to get the construction work of buildings of various government departments/corporations/divisions done with high quality within the time limit. The functioning of the Corporation will be paperless and transparent to every stakeholder. The work of the Corporation's website and Online Works Management System (BDC-OWMS) has been completed and a mobile application is also being prepared. Estimates, drawings, technical approvals, tenders, contracts, work orders, payments, inspections, progress reports of works, etc. to be used in all projects will be prepared online, and all the above information will be available on the website of the corporation.
