Educational Qualification: GENERAL MANAGER (HR): Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Degree /MBA in HR / Personnel Management from a Government recognized Institute / University.
MANAGER (FINANCE): Should be a Graduate and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India /
MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed Management Institute.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: Post Graduate Degree in MBA (HR) or Equivalent from a Government recognized institute
ASSISTANT MANAGER (HR): Any Graduate and MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed Management Institute. Candidate should be able to Read, Write and Speak Marathi Language.
Experience: at least 15 years of experience with working knowledge of handling human
resource management matters in State Government/ Central Government / PSU. He should be working in the Level-12/13 of 7th Pay Commission of Central Government or Level S-25 to S-27 of Maharashtra State Government.

Age Limit:42 Years- 55 Years as on 1st July 2022 which can be relaxed in deserving cases.
Selection Procedure
