Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Senior Manager (Rolling Stock)

• Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification working experience. Currently working in E-3/L-10 grade (or analogue) with minimum 2 years in that grade. Experience must be in design, technical specifications/bid preparation, testing, operation, and maintenance of EMU rolling stock in Railway/RRTS/Metro/LRT/HSR/Suburban rail system.
• Maximum Age: 40 years as of 28/02/2026.

Eligibility for Manager (Rolling Stock)

• Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification working experience. Currently working in E-2/L-8 grade (or analogue) with minimum 2 years in that grade. Experience must be in design, technical specifications/bid preparation, testing, operation, and maintenance of EMU rolling stock in Railway/RRTS/Metro/LRT/HSR/Suburban rail system.
• Maximum Age: 35 years as of 28/02/2026.

Eligibility for Project Engineer (Rolling Stock)

• Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification working experience. Candidates with experience in EMU rolling stock in Railway/RRTS/Metro/LRT/HSR/Suburban rail system will be preferred.
• Maximum Age: 30 years as of 28/02/2026.
