Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Chief Information Security Officer (CISO):
- Educational: Engineering Graduate or Post-Graduate in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Cyber Security related fields, or MCA.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the financial sector. Of this, 10 years must be in Banking - IT related areas/projects involving IT Policy and Planning, Financial Networks and Applications, Financial Information Systems, Cyber Security Technologies, Payment Technologies, or IS Audit. Of these 10 years, at least 5 years must be in Information Security/IS Audit/Cyber Defence and Cyber Security.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process comprises the following stages:
- Screening and shortlisting based on eligibility and relevant experience.
- Personal Interview.
- Psychometric tests and/or Assessment Centre if deemed suitable by the bank.
Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.
