Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Faculty/Director Posts: Graduation/Post Graduation. Preference often given to Retired Bank Executives (Scale III/IV/V) with RSETI experience.
• Thematic Experts (IEC, Data Science, Finance): Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant fields (Mass Comm, Computer Science, Commerce/CA Inter/ICWA Inter) with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Clerical Staff: Graduation in any discipline + 2 years office management experience.
• Technical Coordinator: 3-year degree + min 3 years experience in skill development (NCVET-NSQF compliance).

2. Age Limit

• General Age Criteria:
  • Most Senior Posts (Faculty, Director, Project Director): Max 62 years.
  • Mid-Level/Specialist Posts (Experts, Managers): Max 45 years.
  • Clerical Staff: Max 30 years (Min 21 years).
• Cut-off Date: Age is calculated as of the last day of application (21st February 2026) unless otherwise specified.
• Age Relaxation: Applicable for reservation categories as per Govt. norms. Specifically mentioned for Clerical Staff: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST.

3. Mandatory Requirements

• Computer Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) is mandatory for almost all posts. Tally/MIS knowledge preferred for finance/admin roles.
• Language: Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of the regional language (Kannada for Bengaluru, local language for J&K) is an added advantage.

Selection Process
