Eligibility Criteria

1. Scientific Director

• Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as on the closing date of application.
• Deputation/Absorption Criteria: Officers holding an analogous post on a regular basis OR with 5 years of regular service in Level 12.
• Essential Education & Experience:
  • Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Sports Sciences.
  • 15 years of working experience in technical administration, management, or research from recognized institutions.
• Promotion Route: From Senior Project Officer or Sr. Scientific Officer (Level 12) with 5 years of regular service.

2. Law Officer

• Age Limit: Maximum 56 years.
• Deputation/Absorption Criteria: Officers holding an analogous post OR with 2 years of regular service in Level 8, or 3 years of regular service in Level 7.
• Essential Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB).
  • 8 years of experience in dealing with legal matters in Government / Public Sector / Autonomous Bodies.

3. Personal Assistant

• Age Limit: Maximum 56 years.
• Deputation/Absorption Criteria: Officers holding an analogous post OR with 6 years of regular service in Level 5.
• Essential Education & Experience:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Stenography speed of 80 WPM (Hindi/English) and typing speed of 40 WPM (Hindi/English).
  • 5 years of experience in Central / State Government.

General Note: The maximum period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceed 5 years.

Selection Process

This is a Direct Recruitment based on deputation/absorption/promotion. There will be no written examination. The selection will be based on scrutiny of applications and eligibility criteria.
