Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• General Manager (Engg.): Full time Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Manager (Architecture): Full time Degree in Architecture with 60% aggregate marks.
• Deputy Manager (CS): Qualified Company Secretary.
• Assistant Manager (Corporate Comm.): Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Comm/Journalism/PR with 60% marks.
• Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with Diploma in Translation.
• Assistant Manager (HRM): MBA/MSW/PG Degree in HRM/PM/IR with 60% marks.
• Sr. Project Executive (Civil): Full time Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
• Assistant Manager (PHE): Degree in Civil Engg + Master Degree in Public Health/Env. Engg.
• Graduate Assistant: Full time degree + Certificate/Diploma in Hardware/Networking/Software.
• Junior Engineer (Civil/Elec/Mech): 3-year Diploma in respective Engineering with 60% marks.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Cut-off Date: The upper age limit is calculated as of the Closing Date of Application (05.04.2026).

• Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen (service period + 3 years).
• Internal Candidates: 5 years relaxation for NBCC employees (regular/contractual) with specific service criteria.
• Age Relaxation (Post S.No. 09): Up to 40 years for internal candidates with 5 years experience in NBCC.

Selection Procedure

The selection process varies by post level:

• E-6 Level (General Manager): Personal Interview only.
• E-3/E-2/E-1 Level (Manager to Sr. Project Executive): Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Personal Interview.
• E-0 Level (Graduate Assistant): Skill Test followed by Personal Interview.
• S-3 Level (Junior Engineer): Computer Based Test (CBT) only.

Exam Structure (For CBT Posts)

Note: Specific subjects and marks distribution will be detailed in the CBT notification. Generally, CBT for technical posts covers Professional Knowledge, General Awareness, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude.
