Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Senior Research Fellow (1 Post)
- Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Science from a recognized university in one of the following disciplines: Plant Pathology, Entomology, Nematology, Agricultural Biotechnology, Biotechnology, Botany, Zoology, Molecular Biology, Plant Genetic Resources, or Life Sciences.
- Desirable Experience: Experience in plant pathology / entomology / nematology / molecular biology laboratory-related work.
- Maximum Age: 35 years. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/Women, 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer), 10 years for Differently Abled candidates.
Field Assistant (2 Posts)
- Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, or Life Sciences from a recognized university.
- Desirable Experience: Experience in plant pathology / microbiology laboratory-related work.
- Maximum Age: 50 years. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/Women, 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer), 10 years for Differently Abled candidates.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Application Screening: All received applications will be screened against the prescribed eligibility criteria for the respective post.
- Virtual Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a virtual interview. The interview is tentatively scheduled for the 4th week of October 2026.
