Educational Qualification: Holding analogous post on regular basis or 5 years regular service in Pay Level-10 of 7th CPC or equivalent or 8 years regular service in Pay Level-8 of 7th CPC or equivalent with adequate experience in administration, cash, budget and accounts. Knowledge to operate computer is must.

Pay Scale: INR Pay Level-11

Age Limit: 56 years.
