Number of Vacancy: 18 Posts
Educational Qualification: Programme Manager: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate degree in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized institution with minimum 2 years experience of working, preferably in the government sector. Legal Professional: Degree in Law with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Family Counselor: Master's in Social Work (Medical & Psychiatric), Social Sciences, Gender/Women Studies with minimum 3 years of post-qualification professional experience in counseling, preferably with exposure to domestic violence, trauma management, gender-based violence, and crisis intervention. Counseling Psychologist: Master's Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology with minimum 3 years experience in clinical/psychological counseling, tele-counseling. case management, and women's mental health. Office Executive: Graduate in any discipline and proficiency in Computer applications. Young IT Consultant: BE / B.Tech / MCA or an M.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized University/Institute with at least 2 years of experience. Technical knowledge: Must have basic knowledge of coding and programming. Young Research Consultant: Master Degree in Social Sciences in the relevant field - Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Social Work, Gender Studies, Statistics etc with at least two years research experiences.
Pay Scale: INR 25000-60000/- Per Month
