Educational Qualification: Senior Resident Psychiatry: MD Psychiatry or DNB Psychiatry. Desirable: Training from an institute of repute. Research publications in indexed journals. Fluency in Kannada and Hindi. Social Worker: MSW Desirable: Experience working in mental health after MSW for at least one year. Proficiency in Kannada (reading, writing, and speaking) and Hindi (speaking).
