1. Designation: Officer on Special Duty
2. Description: The National Dairy Development Board is managing Jharkhand State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation (JMF) under an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with the Government of Jharkhand with an aim to promote dairying as a source of livelihood in the rural parts of the State and propel Jharkhand towards self-reliance in milk and milk products. We are looking for an experienced Professional to Manage the HR functions of JMF.

4. Profile Summary: Responsible for HR and administrative activities of JMF, Ranchi
5. Qualification & Experience: MBA/MSW/MHRM/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR/HRD/HRM/Personnel Management or equivalent with with relevant work experience of minimum 5 years in the field of HR and administration, preferably in a manufacturing set-up. Experience in a Public Sector/Government/Dairy Cooperative Organisation would be an added advantage
6. Other Essential attributes and skills :
a) Good HR Conceptual knowledge
b) Domain specific knowledge: Performance Management System, T&D, Employee Management, HRIS
c) Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills, Confidence and Influencing skills
d) Analytical aptitude
