1 .Designation : Project Assistant 2. We are looking for a young and energetic team member for our Human Resource Development (HRD) Group 3. Job Category : Human Resource Development 4. Qualification & Experience : a) Full Time Graduate in any discipline from recognized university preferably B.Com/BBA/BA b) Relevant work experience of minimum 2 years in the field of HR 5 .Other Essential attributes and skills : Technical Skills/Attributes & Values a) Basic understanding of policies and procedures of the organisation b) Well versed with computer applications c) High on integrity, discipline & quality of work d) Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills e) Preparation of reports/documents f) Working in Team 6 .Fixed monthly contractual consideration of Rs. 32,000/- plus PF, subject to statutory deductions 7 .The position is for a fixed term on contractual basis for 03 years.
