4. Profile Summary : Providing assistance in managing operational activities of HRD Group

5. Qualification & Experience : 

a) Full Time MBA/MSW/MHRM/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR/HRD/HRM/Personnel Management or equivalent

b) Relevant work experience of minimum 2 years in the field of HR

6. Other Essential attributes and skills :  Technical Skills

a) Domain specific knowledge like OB/OD/HR/Employee ​benefits, labour laws etc.

b) ​Well versed with computer applications

c) Innovative HR practices.

7. Values & Managerial Skills

a) High on Integrity & committed to organisational mandate

b) Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills 

c) Preparation of reports/documents

d) Working in Team

e) Networking skills

8. Salary :  ​Fixed monthly contractual consideration of  Rs. 85,000/- plus PF, subject to statutory deductions

9. The position is for a fixed term on contractual basis for 03 years.
