Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Agriculture and allied sciences preferably), post graduate in Mechanical OR Agricultural Engineering or related subjects. Two to five years’ experience in plant operations of agricultural products processing / organic fertiliser’s production units/ bioenergy park operations
Skills / Eligibility
Excellent self-organisation, self-motivation and time management
Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be detail oriented and well organized
Good knowledge and manufacturing experience in the field of (i) organic fertilisers / Bio-pesticides/ Bio-fertilisers/ agri-inputs and (ii) working experience in product development operations (Agriculture) preferably

Selection Procedure
