Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Administrative Officer

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree from a recognised University or institute.
• Experience: Two years experience in accounts/administration or establishment work in a Government office or public sector undertaking or autonomous body or statutory body.
• Method of Deputation/Promotion: Officers holding analogous post on regular basis; OR holding post in Level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400) with at least five years service in the grade.
• Age Limit: Maximum age for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
• Notes: Departmental candidates (Assistant in Level-6 with 5 years regular service and specific training) are also eligible. Period of deputation ordinarily not to exceed 3 years.

Eligibility for Hostel Warden Cum-Physical Training / Sports Instructor

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor degree from recognised University or institute; AND Qualified Physical Training Instructor course from recognised University or institute.
• Method of Deputation: Officers holding analogous post on regular basis; OR with six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level-5 (Rs. 29200–92300).
• Physical Fitness: Candidates shall be medically fit and having good mental, bodily health and free from any physical disability likely to interfere with efficient performance of duties.
• Age Limit: Maximum age for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
• Notes: Includes Officers from Armed Forces, Central/State Police Organisations. Period of deputation ordinarily not to exceed 3 years.

Important Instructions

Nominations must be forwarded by the Head of Department along with bio-data and attested copies of supporting documents. Direct applications will not be entertained.
