Advertisement for the post of Finance Officer, Senior Technical Officer, Technical Officer at National Dope Testing Laboratory (NDTL). Educational Qualification:
Finance Officer: (i) MBA (Finance)/ Post Graduate Degree in Commerce or PG Diploma in Financial Management duration from a recognized University / Institute; (ii) Experience of working in research & development and / or scientific organization; (iii) Knowledge of quality management system as per ISO 17025 in an Industrial / Scientific organization.
Senior Technical Officer: A. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / Electronics & Communication/ Information Technology (IT) or MCA or M.Sc. (IT) from a UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institute; B. Four years post qualification experience in a reputed organization handling electronic data processing*.
Technical Officer: i Master’s degree in Chemical / Biological/ Pharmaceutical Sciences in relevant fields from a UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institute; ii One year experience in Chemical and/ or Bio-Chemical analysis preferably in Drug testing. Or i Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Biological/ Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)/ Pharmaceutical Sciences in relevant fields from a UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institute; ii Three year’s experience in Chemical and/ or Bio-Chemical analysis preferably in Drug testing.
Pay Scale:
INR
44900-177500/- Per Month
Age Limit: 56 years.

The dope testing lab in India was established with an aim to get permanently accredited by International Olympic Committee (IOC) and World Anti Doping Agency (WADA) to do the testing for the banned drugs in human sports. The Lab has successfully completed sample testing for numerous major International as well National events since its inception. The lab was earlier located in the JN Stadium and is shifted to the new site on May 14, 2009 with better facilities. The area of the new NDTL lab is 2700 sq meter as against the earlier area of only 900 square meters. It has the excellent facilities for increasing the testing capacity of the lab to 5000 samples and for the testing of Common Wealth Games 2010.
To provide accurate & reliable testing services for Dope testing of Human sports to the satisfaction of clients;
To become an institution with high level of research in drug of abuse analysis in the country and the world;
To conduct research in Bio-Chemistry, Forensic science, Bio-technology, Chemistry & Pharmacology to innovate new methods for drugs of abuse analysis;
To conduct doctoral & PDF research in drug of abuse and allied area under inter-disciplinary scheme to promote interest of young talent in this area;
To achieve excellence in the field of Dope Testing in Sports in India.
To provide quality testing Services as per International Standards.
