Eligibility for Project Associate-II
- Essential Qualification: M.Sc. (Environmental Science/ Analytical Chemistry) OR B.E./B.Tech. (Civil / Chemical/ Environmental) from a recognized university AND 02 years’ experience in R&D in industrial and academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services. OR M.Tech. (Civil /Chemical/ Environmental) from a recognized university.
- Experience: 02 years’ experience in R&D in industrial and academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services.
- Salary Structure:
- Rs. 35,000/- + HRA for candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC / ICAR / ICMR NET lectureship / Assistant professorship or GATE OR those qualified in National level examinations by Central Government Departments (DBT/DST).
- Rs. 28,000/- + HRA for others.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years (as on 20-01-2026).

Selection Process
Selection will be done on the basis of a Walk-in-Interview at CSIR-NEERI, Mumbai Zonal Centre. Candidates are required to bring all original documents including a passport-size photo, Aadhaar card, 10th/12th marksheets, degree, and filled application form attached with the advertisement.
