Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Project Associate I (PAT-I): M.Sc. in Geology / Applied Geology from a recognized University.
• Age Limit: Upper age limit of 35 years, reckoned as on the last date of receipt of applications.
• Qualification Status Requirement: Candidates must have acquired the essential qualification and the result must be declared (at least with a provisional certificate) before the date of the walk-in interview. Final-semester or result-awaiting candidates are not eligible.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection will be based solely on a Walk-in Interview conducted at CSIR-NEERI, Nagpur on 16 October 2026.
• Candidates must report between 09:30 AM and 11:00 AM. The gate will be closed at 11:00 AM; late arrivals will not be permitted.
• Documents will be verified during the interview process. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing in the interview.
• The engagement is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project CNP-3008. It does not confer any right, implicit or explicit, for regularization against any CSIR/CSIR-NEERI post.
• Selected candidates must make their own accommodation arrangements; HRA will be admissible as per applicable rules.
