Educational Qualification:
Manager: 1. Graduate. 2. Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management.
Deputy General Manager (DGM): PG Degree in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/HRD /Social work from a recognized University. Desirable: MBA/LLB/PG Diploma/Deg. In Labour Law.
General Manager (GM): Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. 7 years’ experience in production of motion picture films in a reputed organization OR Degree/Diploma in Cinema from a recognized University/ Institute. 3 years’ experience in production of motion pictures films in a reputed organization.

Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years.
Selection Procedure:
(a) Suitable candidates will be shortlisted, based on their eligibility/experience in the relevant field, and may be called for an interview.
(b) The candidates will be offered position in NFDC on Deputation/Immediate absorption / Direct recruitment basis with respect to his/her eligibility vis-à-vis his/her last position in the parent organization and length of service or as per the suitability decided by the selection committee.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as General Manager, Deputy General Manager, More Vacancies in National Film Development Corporation Limited.
