Educational Qualification: B.Com

National Health Mission–Tamil Nadu is seeking applications from eligible candidates for the position of Audit Assistant in Finance Wing for itsState Programme Management Unit at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

1. Position : Audit Assistant

2.  No of Post : 01

3. Qualifications : B.Com Graduate / Retired Officials from Government Department. Minimum Five years of relevant work experience in Chartered Accountant Office/Audit work in Government Department. Knowledge of Drafting work and English Typing–Compulsory. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

4. Job Description: Follow up with Concurrent Auditor for Receipt of Audit Reports on Monthly basis. Scrutinization of monthly concurrent audit reports and send compliance report to Districts. Preparation of Action taken reports in respect of Concurrent Audit / Statutory Audit and AG's Audit Reports

5. Remuneration : Rs.20,000/-and commensurate with qualification/experience with provision for annual increment.

6. Period of contract: 11Months-extendable based on annual performance evaluation

7. Workstation : The work station of the Audit Assistant is Finance Wing at National Health Mission-Tamil Nadu, State Programme Management Unit, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

8. Termination : The contract can be terminated by either party giving a notice of one month in writing.

Pay Scale: INR 20000(Per Month)

Age Limit: Not above 35 years of age (as on last date of receiving of applications).
