Educational Qualification: B.Sc, MHA, MPH, MHM
1. Name of the Post: Lead Consultant – Human Resources for Health /Health Policy and Integrated Planning
2. Qualification & Experience: For achieving above-mentioned deliverables, the applicant is expected to possess following qualifications & experience –
A) Essential Qualification –
i. Possess Bachelor’s Degree preferably in science or related discipline from a recognized university
ii. Two years’ full-time Post graduate degree from a reputed institute:
a) Master’s in Hospital Administration
b) Master’s in Hospital Management
c) Master’s in Public Health
d) Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management
B) Experience
1. 5 years of leadership experience of handling HRH at national level
2. At least 5 years of experience in handling planning and PIP at National Level, and carrying out appraisal across multiple States
3. 10 years’ post-qualification experience (after two years’ PG degree)
4. Hands-on experience in capacity building
5. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment, taking initiative and delivering quality inputs within the time-limits
6. Experience of working with senior government officials at central and state level
7. Capacity to effectively co-ordinate with the various divisions within MoHFW and States
8. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point
9. Good oral presentation and writing skills
10. Published work in the area of HRH and planning
3. Work Location: New Delhi; Opportunity to gain hands on experience of public health canvas of states and districts. Extensive Travels to the States and Districts as per requirement.
4. Remuneration Range: Between Rs. 1,30,000/- to Rs. 1,70,000/- Fee offered within the band will be commensurate with qualification and experience
5. Other Benefits: In addition to the renumeration mentioned above, Consultants of NHSRC are entitled to Free Accidental insurance, Subsidized Medical insurance, Mobile bills reimbursement, Laptop reimbursement (As per NHSRC Policy), 30 days Consolidated leave, fully paid Maternity leave (For Female Consultants) as per Government of India policy, performance linked increments, TA/ DA and per diem for on-duty visits.
6. Duration of Contract: Initial Contract till 31st March 2023 (with further extension subject to satisfactory performance) Candidates selected in this interview could be considered for other vacant positions at NHSRC requiring similar skill sets and at appropriate level.
Pay Scale:

130000 - 170000(Per Month)

1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
2. The candidates may be subjected to written test and presentation to judge their knowledge, writing-skills and language proficiency.
3. After written tests, only short-listed candidates may be asked to appear for the interview.
