Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM, MSW, MHM
1. Name of the Post: Senior Consultant - RCH Monitoring (MoH&FW)
2. Remuneration Range: Between Rs. 90,000/- to Rs. 1,50,000/- per month.
3. Location: Delhi
4. Eligibility:
A) Post graduate degree in Social Work/ Health management/ MBA from a reputed or recognised institution.
B) Minimum 5+ years of experience out of which 3-4 years in RCH experience in coordination, data management and monitoring of health programmes with special focus on RCH program.
C) Familiarity with the public health system, relevant government policies/ strategies, particularly National Health Mission and State Health Societies.
D) Good understanding of strong number skills and experience in financial analysis, programme management, capacity building and supervisory support.
E) Strong interpersonal, communication and team-work skills.
F) Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on NHM/RCH at national or state level.
G) Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and working knowledge of Hindi is must.
H) Formal educational qualification, experience and age could be relaxed when there is a published work of high quality or whenever there is work experience of specific relevance
Pay Scale:
INR
90000 - 150000(Per Month)
Age Limit: Upper limit is 55 years as on the date of application and having sound health to undertake extensive field visits.
Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview
